      Job Description

      • Responsible for ensuring infrastructure hardware and systems in DC/DR (Server, Storage, Router, Switch, UPS, Windows AD, Office 365, HCI Virtualization, Hyper-V Cluster, VoIP System, Backup system, …) and security systems (Firewall, Antivirus, …) are running smoothly.
      • Install and troubleshoot operating systems, configure routers and switches, and manage remote clients and devices.
      • Manage Active Directory user and computer, DHCP server, DNS server…
      • Collect network performance data, monitor network security, and optimize server capacity, monitoring hardware, server resources, systems and network infrastructure, telephone system etc.
      • Operate and maintenance Zabbix system for monitor, collect network data and troubleshoot network as soon as.
      • Ensure high availability and uptime of all systems and services. Perform backup and disaster recovery tasks. 
      • Daily backup operations: file server (H drive, T drive, P drive, etc.…), backup network device’s config, protect system and data server in case something goes wrong.
      • Manage user ID, authorization in all infrastructure and security systems, grant permission to access data for user.
      • Responsible manage VPN, remote app ensure employee can connect with system when they outside company or work from home
      • Responsible for managing and monitoring to ensure the company's camera system is always ready and high uptime
      • Provide after-hours on-call support and emergency response services for critical issues
      • Provide support to end users experiencing issues accessing infrastructure systems and services.
      • Research and learn more about system security programs, improve and optimize IT infrastructure.
      • Develop and maintain reference documentation. Ensure that technical/configuration documents are always up to date.
      • Stay up to date with technology trends and best practices. Continually assess infrastructure for improvements and upgrades
      • Joined and support other projects

      Job Requirement

      • At least 03 years of experience in the same/similar position.
      • Strong knowledge of infrastructure services, systems, and technologies including networking, storage, virtualization, server hardware, operating systems, and cloud services
      • Proficiency in systems monitoring, administration, and management.
      • The ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve problems in a timely manner.
