Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
System & Network Administration
- Install, configure, and maintain servers (Windows Server / Linux).
- Manage virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Perform regular data backup and recovery to ensure data integrity and security.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot server and internal service issues (file server, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
- Manage system access rights and ensure information security.
- Set up, configure, and monitor LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi networks.
- Manage network devices: Routers, Switches, Firewalls (Cisco, Fortinet, etc.).
- Configure VPN and site-to-site connections.
- Manage and troubleshoot IP Camera systems and Telephone switchboards (VoIP/PBX).
Manufacturing & Production Systems
- Set up, configure, and monitor LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi networks.
- Provide technical support for production-related systems: SEEDs (MES), SAP, ERP.
- Manage and support barcode printers and scanners (Honeywell, Keyence, etc.).
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize manufacturing processes through technology.
- Propose and implement digital transformation initiatives to improve factory efficiency.
Helpdesk & User Support
- Receive and handle technical support requests from employees (hardware, software, network).
- Install and configure computers, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Manage user accounts: Active Directory, Email (Office 365), VPN
Other Duties
- Propose upgrades and improvements to IT infrastructure.
- Coordinate with service providers (ISP, vendors) as needed.
- Plan and schedule regular maintenance of IT equipment.
- Develop standard guidelines, operation manuals, and automation scripts related to IT infrastructure and architecture.
- Implement IT compliance processes to protect the system environment

Job Requirement

KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Education & Experience
- College or University degree in IT, Computer Networking, Information Systems, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience as a System/Network Administrator.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
Technical Knowledge
- Solid knowledge of Windows Server, basic Linux, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
- Strong understanding of networking: TCP/IP, VLAN, Routing, Switching, DNS, DHCP.
- Experience in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco/SonicWall devices.
- Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Experience supporting MES/production systems (e.g., SEEDs or equivalent) and barcode scanners/printers is a big plus.
Skills
- Strong documentation skills with the ability to write clear, structured procedures (SOPs).
- Logical thinking, fast troubleshooting, and ability to work under pressure during critical incidents.
- Good communication and coordination skills with internal departments and vendors.
- Good English (communication & technical reading).
