Join Digital Age Dental Laboratories (DADL) as an IT Network & Infrastructure Supervisor and play a key role in managing and strengthening our IT infrastructure, network systems, and security. Main Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning

In conjunction with US NDX Operations (expected to adjust working shift based on priorities and be flexible with time and availability to work with US-based colleagues effectively)

• Design and implement short and long-term strategic plans to ensure infrastructure capacity meets existing and future requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and associated training plans for infrastructure administration and management.
• Serve as an expert resource in the development of IT strategies in collaboration with the IT Director and other senior IT colleagues.
• Conduct research and make recommendations on products, services, protocols, and standards in support of all infrastructure procurement and development efforts.
• Establish service level agreements with business units.

Execution, Deployment & Security

• Prepare and lead efforts in planning and documentation of infrastructure projects and other relevant activities.
• Expertly handle negotiations with vendors and contractors to secure infrastructure-specific products and services.
• Spearhead planning and deployment of infrastructure security measures in conjunction with global standards outlined by NDX Cybersecurity policies, Vietnam local regulations and leading security practices.

Operational Management

• Serve as an infrastructure and security lead for DADL Vietnam environment and be the primary contact for NDX IT counterparts based in the US.
• Manage and set priorities for the design, maintenance, development, and evaluation of all infrastructure systems, including LANs, WANs, Internet, intranet, security, wireless implementations, and so on.
• Define hardware and software standards in conjunction with owners and stakeholders.
• Test network performance and provide network performance statistics and reports; develop strategies for maintaining network infrastructure.
• Test server performance and provide server performance statistics and reports; develop strategies for maintaining server infrastructure.

What We’re Looking For:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or 8+ years of equivalent experience.
• IT Infrastructure Experience: At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure design and operations, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Cisco networking, Windows Server, SQL Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid IT environments.
• Hardware & Cybersecurity: Hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting, Palo Alto firewalls, Silver Peak SD-WAN/FWaaS, and cybersecurity tools.
• Application & ERP Support: Experience supporting Windows applications and ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX. AI implementation experience in manufacturing is an advantage.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in networking, systems administration, or IT security (e.g., CCNP, CISSP, Microsoft 365) are preferred.
• Project Management & Compliance: Strong project management and business analysis skills, with knowledge of applicable local and US regulations.
• Good English communication skills.
