1. IT End-User Support (70%)
− Provide daily IT support to end users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
− Install, configure, and maintain user devices (laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices).
− Set up user accounts, email, and access permissions.
− Support business applications and resolve technical issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.
− Manage and respond to IT helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely resolution and user satisfaction.
− Provide basic training and guidance to users on IT systems and tools.
2. Network Infrastructure Support (20%)
− Assist in maintaining and monitoring the company’s network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
− Support troubleshooting of network-related issues and escalate complex problems when necessary.
− Help maintain network documentation, configurations, and asset inventory.
− Ensure compliance with IT security policies and basic network security practices.
3. Customer Network Deployment (10%)
− Support configuration and deployment of network systems for customers as assigned.
− Assist in installation of networking equipment (routers, switches, access points).
− Participate in testing and basic troubleshooting during project implementation.
− Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
− 2–4 years of experience in IT support/helpdesk or junior network roles.
− Strong hands-on experience with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and business applications.
− Working knowledge of firewall configuration, VPN setup, and endpoint security.
− Experience with network devices (Cisco, TP-Link, Ubiquiti, MikroTik) is an advantage.
− Basic knowledge of VoIP, CCTV, and IT asset management.
− Strong troubleshooting skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
