- Research the server & CCTV market in Vietnam, stay updated on technology trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Analyze technical requirements in tender documents, coordinate documentation, and ensure compliant submissions.
- Consult customers, recommend optimal server, storage & CCTV configurations; conduct POC/demo sessions.
- Address technical feedback and provide solution comparisons with competitors.
- Configure and propose solutions, prepare quotations, and support negotiations with the sales team.

- Knowledge/experience at least 4 years in servers, storage, CCTV, or surveillance systems.
- Strong analytical, consultancy, and communication skills.
- Ability to bridge technical solutions with business value.
- Preferred: Fluent in English communication; experience with bid documents or technology project implementation.
