Support all users at the office on computers, software.
Install software, printer, camera, ...
Troubleshooting related to computers, networks at shops.
Receive requests from IT departments.
Participate in IT projects as the request of superiors.

Job Requirement

Graduated from college/university of Information Technology major.
Windows, Cisco MCSA, MCSE, CCNA network administration certificates are required.
Priority candidates have experience working in the field of Information Technology, retail industry.
