      Job Description

      • Support users in extracting and managing data using SQL, Excel, and Access
      • Investigate and resolve system-related issues
      • Collaborate with internal departments to improve and enhance software functionality
      • Support reporting, data analysis, and internal data processing requests
      • Develop and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate
      • Automate manual processes to improve operational efficiency
      • Integrate Power Automate with Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, SQL, and other systems
      • Prepare technical documentation and reports as required
      • Perform other tasks assigned by the manager

      Job Requirement

      • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields
      • Basic knowledge of SQL and database management
      • Experience with Power Apps / Power Automate
      • At least 2 years of relevant experience is preferred
      • Knowledge of Python, VBA, or Tableau is an advantage
      • Good analytical skills and strong teamwork ability
      • Basic communication skills in English or Japanese
