IT Staff

- Support users with IT issues related to hardware, software, network (Windows, Mail, PC, Laptop, printer,..)

- Monitor and maintain the operation of LAN system, Internet, user terminal devices is smooth and stable.

- Set up and manage account for new users, work with useser to support and install sofware, application,…

- Troubleshoot computer, laptop, printer problems and provide timely support to users with IT issues.

- Manage and update documents related with IT operation following company policies.

- Other tasks assigned by managers.

- Graduated from college/university with relative major.
- Having basic experience in IT system.
- English communication.
- Having CCNA/MCSA certification is a plus
- Understand of software, hardware, serve, LAN/WAN,...
- Ability to communicate, present and solve problems.
- Work independently, under pressure and high responsibility.
