Job Description

Install, configure, and manage Windows Server, VMware, and operating systems.
Administer Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and File Server.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
Manage and configure network devices: routers, switches, and firewalls (Cisco, Fortinet).
Support the IT Helpdesk in handling complex system-related incidents.
Perform other tasks as assigned by managers.

Job Requirement

Graduated from college/university with a relevant major.
Possess basic experience in IT systems.
Good English communication skills.
CCNA or MCSA certification is a plus.
Knowledge of Windows Server and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
Strong ability to communicate, present ideas, and solve problems.
Able to work independently, under pressure, and with a high sense of responsibility.
