[JHC0037980] LEGAL LEADER (Residential Real Estate)

• Oversee all legal matters including corporate, project investment, and construction-related legal issues (especially apartment projects for FDI enterprises).
• Provide legal counsel to ensure full compliance with local law and relevant regulations.
• Support management with legal risk assessment and project documentation.
• Other details will be discussed via interview.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law (LLB/LLM); Lawyer’s Practicing Certificate is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of experience in a corporate legal department or law firm.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate and project law, with proven experience in real estate and urban development.
• Experience in residential/condominium projects is highly preferred.
• Intermediate English (basic communication, comprehensive in reading and writing - (interpreter support available during interviews)
• Proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented, with strong multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
