You will play a vital role in supporting the operations of a newly established company specializing in plastic parts manufacturing. Your responsibilities will include:
1. General Affairs
Manage administrative and general affairs activities
Liaise with government authorities and customs offices for applications, submissions, and compliance procedures
Provide document translation and interpretation (Japanese – Vietnamese)
Handle social insurance procedures and work permit applications for Japanese expatriates
2. Accounting
Coordinate and communicate with external accounting service providers
Support customs clearance procedures, particularly those related to EPE (Export Processing Enterprise) operations
3. Human Resources
Support recruitment activities, including coordination and documentation
Assist in payroll calculation and related HR administrative tasks
Job Requirement
Requirements
Japanese proficiency at N2 level or above, with the ability to communicate effectively with Japanese stakeholders
Approximately 5 years of hands-on experience in an administrative (Admin) role
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a similar position within an EPE (Export Processing Enterprise) company
