Key Responsibilities:
Act as a point of contact for assigned seller accounts, supporting daily communication and ensuring a positive service experience.
Assist in building relationships with customers and gradually understand their business needs and goals.
Support new sellers during the onboarding process and guide them in using Pentifine’s services effectively.
Work closely with internal teams (Accounting, CS, Marketing) to follow up on client requests and ensure timely resolution.
Collect client feedback, report issues to senior team members, and support in resolving problems efficiently.
Keep clients updated on product information, promotions, and policy changes under team guidance.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and prepare regular reports as required by the team leader.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Exprerience in sales, customer service for at least 6 months to 1 year.
Experience in E-commerce, or Print-On-Demand industries is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills – both verbal and written.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple client needs simultaneously.
Well-organized, proactive, detail-oriented and familiar to reporting tools.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
