Responsible for executing and supporting brand strategy development for Sunmate and Unidry, while participating in New Product Development (NPD) projects to drive sales growth and build sustainable brand equity.
2. Key Responsibilities A. Brand Management (Sunmate & Unidry)• Support development and execution of annual and quarterly brand and campaign plans
• Monitor and evaluate marketing activities performance (campaigns, activations, POSM, digital)
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Trade Marketing, Sales, Agencies, Distributors) to ensure execution
• Manage and track A&P budget for efficiency
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to propose strategic improvements
• Work closely with Sales/Trade teams on sell-in, sell-out, and promotional activities
• Monitor channel performance (GT, MT, EC, Hospital, etc.)
• Support development of sales materials (sales kits, product stories, training materials)
• Act as a key liaison between Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, and Finance
• Participate in new product development from concept to launch
• Collaborate with R&D to define product concept, USP, and packaging
• Support product testing (lab test, consumer test, acceptance test)
• Develop go-to-market plans for new products
• Monitor basic P&L and evaluate post-launch performance
• Collect and analyze market data and consumer insights
• Monitor product performance and propose improvements
• Support research activities (qualitative, quantitative, field visits)
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields
• 1–3 years of experience in Brand/Marketing (preferably FMCG, Healthcare, Baby care)
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and data-driven thinking
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure
• Good English communication skills
