About Vibe

Vibe is our new AI-powered platform where people can create 3D-printable models simply by prompting. Creators can describe an idea, turn it into a 3D model, and earn when someone buys the physical print. Autonomous handles printing and shipping, while creators get a cut from every sale.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior Community Executive to help grow Vibe from the early stage. This person will connect with creators, makers, 3D printing communities, and online groups to bring the right users into Vibe.

This role is for someone who understands how online communities work, writes naturally in English, enjoys talking to people, and is excited to build traction for a new AI product.

What You'll Do

• Find and connect with creators across Reddit, Discord, Printables, MakerWorld, Thangs, Etsy, TikTok, Instagram, and other maker communities.
• Reach out to 3D printing creators, designers, and makers, and guide them from first conversation to first published model on Vibe.
• Create useful, non-spammy community posts that make people curious to try Vibe.
• Start conversations, answer questions, run small creator challenges, and help build early traction.
• Share feedback from creators and communities with the product team so we can improve what we build.
• Track community activity, creator responses, and growth signals so the team knows what is working.

Who We're Looking For

• 0-2 years of experience in community, social, content, creator outreach, growth, or related roles.
• Strong written English; you can write clearly, naturally, and not sound like a generic marketing post.
• Familiar with at least one online community and understands how people actually interact there.
• Interested in 3D printing, maker culture, AI tools, or willing to learn fast.
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable figuring things out without waiting for step-by-step instructions.
• Can use AI tools to research, draft, organize outreach, and move faster.

Nice To Have

• Active in any maker, design, 3D printing, AI, or creator community.
• Has tried building, selling, posting, or growing something online before.
• Experience with Reddit, Discord, TikTok, Instagram, or creator platforms.
• Basic sense of content performance, community engagement, or growth tracking.
