Junior Industrial Engineering & Continous Improvement Specialist

IE (Industrial Engineering):

- Time Studies: Measure and collect process CT, and establish the experience and making standard cycle time more correct.

- Share CT experience with IE Standard specialist.

- Process Analysis: Study and analyze existing production processes to identify inefficiencies and potential improvement opportunities.

- Layout Design: Design and improve resource allocation of production line to enhance work efficiency and productivity.

- Collect and audit the reality of production data and information.

- Working hour deduct (including Manpower transfer) data maintain and update on ERP system.

CI (Continuous Improvement):

- Improvement Project Management: Plan and execute continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality and production efficiency.

- LEAN Practices: Apply LEAN principles (such as 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping) to eliminate waste and enhance production processes.

- Employee Training: Provide training to employees on continuous improvement and LEAN methodologies to foster a culture of improvement.

- Performance Evaluation: Assess the performance of improvement initiatives and adjust strategies based on results.

- Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to drive continuous improvement activities across the organization.

• Other: Tasks and projects assigned by manager or supervisors.

• Basic Office (Word, Excel, Power Points) and ERP software operating skill.
• Problem solving skill.
• Project / Time management Skill.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with various departments.
• Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, industrial engineering, or a related field. (preferred but optional).
• Have knowledge of production (e.g., IE, LEAN, NOS, PACE, CI, process engineering, tech transfer) is an advantage.
• Language: English or Chinese. (preferred but optional).
