Junior Lawyer

· The role will focus primarily on support for the partners and senior legal team in providing corporate/commercial advice and transactional legal work;

· Conduct legal research and drafting preliminary memoranda and reports;

· Support partners and senior lawyers in the preparation of application dossiers for various licensing and other legal documents;

· Attend meetings with clients and third parties;

· Liaise with relevant authorities to deal with their requirements as well as to follow up the ongoing cases;

· Perform other assignments delegated by partners and senior lawyers from time to time;

· Further details regarding duties and responsibilities will be discussed at the interview.

Requirements:

· University graduated in Law.

· Have 4- 5 years working experience in law firms is preferable.

· Advanced writing and speaking skills in both Vietnamese and English, especially in legal field.

· Be able to work under high pressure.

· Be able to work independently and as well as in a team.

· Be able to work with and maintain highly confidential information.

· Be ready to learn.

· Be diligent, agile, progressive, detail-oriented and careful.
