Junior Merchandiser

• 'Preparing for Finishing Packing & Grade A, B, C:
• Input data finishing on the system.
• Download size breakdown and inform all Production Planners if there is any change and update.
• Compare quantity cut & received wash & Final packing list.
• Work with Merchandiser & supplier for the quantity for shipment in tolerance or out of tolerance.
• Make the Final packing list on system and customer’s system.
• Making shipping marks (Tom Tailor, Bonita, Dawn, Street One, Cecil).
• Receive the information and make the packing list for grade B, C input on the system and report.
• With Dawn order using the Delfi system.
• Make liquidation orders after shipment.
• Any request from Production (replenishment, lost accessories, etc.)
• Preparing Materials for Production:
• Keep checking with Purchasing about ETD of any special materials.
• Check and make clear all the information about fabric, trims, sewing, etc. with Merchandiser & supplier/team before starting the bulk production. ( Follow up BOM )
• Request to pull out materials & accessories to Sewing and Finishing to use.
• Order cut piping for sewing and request payment for it.
• Calculate single polybags and carton boxes by styles based on folding packing method.
• Cooperation with Other Departments:
• Planning Team: Update materials on BOM list for Production Planner to prepare for sewing and bulk production.
• Im-Ex Team: Send information on the packing list to the shipping team and get the closing time and ship.
• Purchasing Team:
• +Provide supplier information to order
• +Get the information to separate fabric by style.
• ERP System Functions:
• Create FPPO step by step (has 5 steps on ERP system).
• Pull out fabric/trim/accessories/packing trim on the ERP system.
• Input quantity of packing carton on ERP system and make daily report.
• Input quantity of shipment on WFX system.
• Create Adhoc transfer to site: from EEVN to E3HK FG.
• Make the packing list for Grade B-C input on WFX system.
• Request transfer garments grade A-B-C to WHFG.
• Check stock for all materials and accessories pending and make a decision.
• Monthly report:
• Making finishing output q’ty report monthly
• Making summarized report from cutting / sewing / finishing / defects garment / lost goods / sample room monthly

1. Education & Professional Knowledge

• College or University degree in Garment/Textile, Production Management, Import-Export, or related fields.

• Solid understanding of garment production processes, especially Finishing, Packing, and Shipping stages.

• Good knowledge of BOM (Bill of Materials) and garment materials (fabrics, trims, accessories, etc.).

2. Work Experience

• Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar position within the garment/textile industry.

• Experience working with ERP/WFX or similar management systems is highly preferred.

• Previous experience handling export orders or working with international brands (e.g. Tom Tailor, Bonita, Dawn) is an advantage.
