Job Description:
Support managers with daily tasks and follow-ups.
Coordinate with teams (e.g., store, warehouse) to ensure tasks are done.
Help check store/ warehouse operations regularly and report issues.
Follow up on deadlines and keep track of team progress.
Communicate updates between managers and departments.
Assist with small projects or assigned tasks.
Requirements:
English skills: Good written and spoken English.
Experience: 6 months – 1 year in an admin, assistant, or operations support role.
Teamwork: Willing to work with different teams and support daily tasks.
Flexibility: Comfortable working in stores, warehouses, or other field locations.
Problem-solving: Can handle small issues independently and ask for help when needed.
Work attitude: Practical, organized, and focused on getting things done.
Retail experience: Experience in retail or similar environments is a plus.
