Junior Sales Trainer (open for fresher)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Training Design & Delivery

• Develop training programs on products, processes, and sales skills
• Coordinate and organize training sessions (offline and/or online)
• Support onboarding for new hires

2. Training Content Management & Knowledge Base

• Develop and update training materials (videos, slides, guidelines) under direct manager’s guidance
• Manage the knowledge base system, including AI-powered learning tools

3. Training Content Update

• Collaborate with internal teams to update training content in line with product updates and business direction

REQUIREMENTS

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Education, or related fields
• Preference for candidates with background or certification in Learning & Development (L&D) or sales enablement

Professional Experience

• 6 months - 1 year of experience in training, sales enablement, or capability development
• Experience working in a B2B environment or supporting sales teams is a plus
• Experience in developing training materials (slides, videos, guidelines)
• Experience with e-learning platforms or AI-supported training tools is a plus

Language Skills

• English proficiency is an advantage
