Job Description

Monitor product quality on the line, report problems that arise on the line.
Check the quality of finished products according to customer standards
Make daily quality reports and send them to the office according to regulations.
Receive defect information, analyze the root cause and take measures to fix and prevent errors arising on the production line.
Prepare quality reports to send to customers.
Other jobs will be discussed specifically during the interview

College/ bachelor’s degree majoring in Textile/Garment or related field
Can use Japanese (at least N3)
Willing to work at factory
Have knowledge of the garment industry
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Quality Controller field, Sewing techniques, Inspection, etc.
Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
Available to start immediately (February or early March)
