(This position will work for ITL Aviation Logistics – Air Cargo sector)
RECEIVABLE ACCOUNTANT
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Check report from sales, send Debit Note to the customer, issue the invoice, support customer (periodically or monthly).
• Reconcile revenue, Accrual/revert revenue, and calculate GSA commission to accounting software (monthly).
• Reconcile AR for month-end closing, reported revenue according to shipment.
• Update Banks every day; Reconcile customer statement account on monthly basis (Account Receivable).
• Reconcile output tax monthly, manage invoices that have been issued according to the tax’s regulations.
• Follow the contract and store it according to the company’s policy.
• Other tasks/ requirements as assigned by Supervisor or Leader.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduated from University in Accounting/Audit
• Master the profession and knowledge of Accounting.
• Experienced in Accounting (revenue/receivable) at least 2 year.
• Knowledge about BI is an advantage.
• Understand the Vietnamese accounting system and regulations on Vietnamese Tax law.
• Good skill in Excel and Word.
• Good English proficiency, can read and write email in English.
• Careful, meticulous, hard-working, willing to learn and able to work as a team.
