1. Education background requirements: Bacher’s degree in in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Experience/Industry requirements:
- 1+ years working experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in industries like Omni, eCommerce, FMCG/ Health & Beauty.
- Experience in Beauty Tech, FMCG, and Health & Beauty chains is a plus.
- Strong skills in customer management & development; customer relationship building; negotiation; sale and effective communication, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability with entrepreneur mindset, strong ownership & leadership
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and action oriented.
- Data driven & proficient in data analysis, with a focus on achieving results.
- Skilled in multi-tasking, performing well under tight timelines, adapting quickly to change.
