× Develop business with hotels, resorts, western and fine dining restaurants.
× Build strong, trust-based relationships with Executive Chefs, Purchasing Managers, F&B Directors, and Owners.
× Conduct product presentations, sampling sessions, and introduce new items to chefs.
× Gain solid product knowledge on premium imported meat, dairy, pastry ingredients, seafood, and dry goods, enabling you to advise and support customers.
× Follow up on leads, maintain regular customer contact, and handle inquiries across all channels.
× Work closely with logistics teams to ensure deliveries are smooth, timely, and accurate.
× Track new hotel openings, restaurant projects, and F&B opportunities in the region.
× Manage sales KPIs according to company targets and sales strategy.
× Handle complaints professionally and resolve customer issues quickly.
× Support your manager with special assignments and ad hoc projects.
× 2 years of sales experience (experience in the hospitality industry is a strong advantage).
× Friendly, proactive, and confident when talking to people, you enjoy being out in the field, not behind a desk.
× Smart and resourceful, with a natural talent for solving problems and closing deals.
× Able to work under pressure and stay organized.
× English proficiency (spoken and written).
× Self-motivated and results-driven.
× Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
× Comfortable with numbers and basic IT tools.
× Team player with a hands-on attitude.
