What You’ll Be Doing
Account Management & Growth
- Act as the primary contact for assigned key accounts, building strong and long-term relationships
- Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions to drive business growth
- Identify opportunities to expand account performance
Planning & Forecasting
- Analyze sales data and demand trends to forecast order quantities
- Propose manufacturing plans aligned with business objectives and market demand
- Monitor stock levels to ensure product availability and support sales growth
Customer Experience & Retention
- Coordinate with internal teams and the factory to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery
- Follow up on order progress and ensure alignment with agreed timelines
- Proactively address issues to maintain service quality and client satisfaction
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare reports on sales performance, demand, and supply status
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve business results
