1. Grow volume, revenue and share in the Key Account channel
Deal with all Organize Trade Unions customers national wide.
Develop, sell and execute effective CDAs with identified customers.
Develop and keep updated an account plan to the Want Want standard.
Call on all customer wiring assignments as planned.
Organizing promotion activities for this Account to enhance brand image and gain share.
Monitor & control KA Budget to increase revenue per case. Analyze the results of the KA budget used.
Set & update Customer profiles so that can build good relationships with customers.
Monitor performance and compliance to CDAs, taking corrective action where necessary
2. Setting objectives and tracking results
Set clear objectives that are consistent with Want Want goals with each member of the team
Ensure clear communication and adherence to pricing and promotions.
Review progress vs objectives on a bi-weekly basis.
3. Identify & Win New Business
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities (new customers) & develop Want Want products in new accounts in the assigned location.
4. Others
Manage KAS/KAE to execute daily sales operations in assigned location.
Lead problem solving and address team issue.
1. At least 05 years experiences at the same position in Consumer Goods.
2. Have a good relationship with Key Account customers, Trade Unions, Worker Unions.
3. Graduate from University, especially in business administration or marketing.
4. Good at communication, outstanding customer service mindset.
5. Command with Office: Word, Excel, Power Point.
