Korean Desk, Senior Marketing [Open level]

Job Purpose

The Korean Desk – Senior Marketing [Open level] will be responsible for building and developing the Korean community network interested in real estate investment opportunities in Vietnam, particularly Novaland’s residential, resort, and integrated township projects. The role will act as a key bridge between the company and Korean clients, investors, partners, and communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing initiatives targeting the Korean community in Vietnam and overseas.
• Build, maintain, and expand relationships with Korean clients, investor groups, associations, agencies, and community networks.
• Organize and coordinate marketing events, seminars, roadshows, and networking activities for Korean audiences.
• Create and localize marketing content, presentations, and communication materials in Korean language.
• Support branding and communication activities across Korean channels, communities, and media platforms.
• Conduct market research and provide insights on Korean customer trends, investment interests, and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments including Sales, Marketing, Investment, and Customer Service to ensure effective customer engagement and conversion.
• Act as a communication liaison for Korean-speaking clients and partners throughout the customer journey.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Business Development, Community Development, or Korean market-related roles.
• Strong network within Korean communities, associations, or business circles is highly preferred.
• Fluent in Korean communication skills.
