I. JOB SUMMARY
- The Korean Interpreter is responsible for facilitating effective communication between Korean-speaking and Vietnamese-speaking stakeholders. This role provides accurate interpretation during meetings and translates documents to support business operations. The position ensures clear understanding between parties while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
II. MAIN ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Interpretation & Communication Support
- Provide interpretation between Korean and Vietnamese during internal and external meetings.
- Facilitate clear and accurate communication between Korean expatriates and Vietnamese staff.
- Support departments and team members in verbal communication when language assistance is required.
2. Document Translation
- Translate documents, reports, emails, and presentations between Korean and Vietnamese.
- Review translated materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and cultural appropriateness.
3. Cross-functional Coordination
- Assist in communication between Korean management and local teams to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Provide language support for business discussions, operational activities, and company events.
4. Other Responsibilities
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
