• Perform durability, environmental, and surface coating tests for mechanical and plastic E-Scooter components.
• Operate material testing equipment according to defined test procedures and standards.
• Evaluate test results and identify failure modes or abnormal behavior.
• Conduct root cause analysis for failed test items and document findings.
• Create and submit test reports according to VinFast requirements.
• Log and track issues in the Jira system and follow up until closure.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to support issue investigation and corrective actions.
• Report daily test progress and test status to the project manager.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in component testing or product quality validation.
• Knowledge of metal and plastic materials and surface treatment processes.
• Familiarity with ISO 9227 and ISO 2819 standards is an advantage.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Careful, detail-oriented working style and high sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work under schedule pressure in a production testing environment.
