Implement continuous improvement activity for PCB process
Implement root cause analysis for issue in factory
Propose corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and follow-up the effectiveness of action taken
Suggest poka-yoke and Kaizen solutions to reduce scrap and rework
Track yield of factory, defect rate, scrap rate
Support customers in case of incident occur
Participate in initial sample producing/machine commissioning to ensure quality readiness
Assist other departments during internal, external, and customer audits

Graduate from mechatronic/electrical/mechanical/chemical/material egineering
Preferred experience in automotive / electronics/manufacturing
Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA
Strong problem-solving skills: 7 QC tools, 5 Why, Fishbone, 8D
Understanding of IATF 16949 / ISO 9001
Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma is a plus
Ability to use CAD software
Ability to use programming language(VBA, Python, R,…)  is an advantage
Can communicate in English fluently
Strong teamwork and ability to work under pressure
