1. Process Development & Optimization
- Design and optimize process routes for solid wood products (log cutting, drying, machining, painting, packaging) and upholstered products (cutting, sewing, upholstering, filling).
- Conduct process trials and technical validation for new materials, new processes, and new equipment.
- Lead process improvement projects and resolve process-related technical issues during production.
2. Process Standardization & Management
- Develop and improve process specifications, work instructions, and process parameter standards.
- Establish and maintain process standard databases to ensure accuracy and timely updates of process documentation.
- Monitor implementation of process standards to ensure process stability and consistency.
3. Production Technical Support
- Provide on-site process technical support to production departments and promptly resolve process abnormalities.
- Participate in new product trial runs and production ramp-up; develop trial process plans and track validation.
- Analyze process data from production, propose improvement actions, and drive implementation.
4. Quality & Cost Control
- Improve product quality stability through process optimization and reduce defect rates.
- Optimize material utilization plans to improve solid wood yield and upholstery material utilization.
- Participate in production cost analysis and propose cost-reduction and efficiency-improvement initiatives from a process perspective.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with R&D teams during new product design reviews and provide manufacturability recommendations.
- Work with Equipment/Maintenance teams on new equipment selection and process commissioning.
- Coordinate with Quality teams to establish process quality control points and inspection standards.
