Kỹ Sư Thiết Kế Đường Ống - Piping Designer

• Execute design implementation, manage, and control the delivery progress of Equipment under the Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Department within the scope of assigned projects/ Thực hiện công tác triển khai thiết kế, quản lý, kiểm soát tiến độ giao hàng các thiết bị thuộc phòng Cơ Điện trong phạm vi dự án được phân công đảm trách.

• Develop 2D piping layouts and align on design solutions with the Department Manager/ Bố trí piping layout 2D, thống nhất phương án thiết kế với Trưởng phòng.

• Finalize detailed drawing packages for equipment assemblies, such as boiler feedwater pump skids and thermal oil circulation pump skids, within the assigned projects/ Hoàn thiện bộ bản vẽ chi tiết các thiết bị như: cụm bơm nước cấp lò, cụm bơm dầu tuần hoàn… thuộc dự án mình phụ trách.

• Perform material take-offs (MTO), issue material requisitions, and print drawings to support the equipment fabrication process/ Bóc tách, đề nghị, in ấn vật tư phục vụ quá trình chế tạo các thiết bị.

• Coordinate with relevant departments throughout the design and project implementation phases/ Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan trong quá trình thiết kế và triển khai dự án.

Qualifications & Expertise/ Kiến thức & chuyên môn

• Bachelor's Degree / Associate's Degree (Major in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Mechanics)/ Đại học / Cao đẳng (Chuyên ngành Cơ khí, Cơ kỹ thuật).

• Good command of English (Intermediate level), capable reading technical documents/ Trình độ ngoại ngữ: Tiếng Anh có thể đọc hiểu tài liệu.

Experience/ Kinh nghiệm

1 to 2 years of experience in an equivalent position/ 1 - 2 năm ở vị trí tương đương.

Required Skills/ Những kỹ năng cần thiết:

• Proven experience in mechanical and electrical (M&E) design calculations, system modeling, and material take-offs (MTO)/ Có kinh nghiệm tính toán và thiết kế & bóc vật tư Cơ Điện.

• Solid understanding and application of M&E international design codes and standards, such as ASME B31.1, ASME B31.3, API, etc/ Hiểu và vận dụng được các chuẩn thiết kế Cơ Điện như ASME B31.1, B31.3, API, …

• Direct experience in M&E stress analysis and flexibility calculations/ Có kinh nghiệm tính toán ứng suất Cơ Điện.

• Proficient in specialized software for M&E design and stress analysis (e.g., Caesar II, AutoPIPE, CADWorx, Plant 3D)/ Am hiểu và sử dụng thành thạo các phần mềm chuyên thiết kế & phân tích ứng suất Cơ Điện,….

• Willingness to travel for business and conduct on-site construction supervision/ Khả năng đi công tác, đi giám sát công trình.

• Hard-working, eager to learn, detail-oriented, flexible, and highly responsible/ Tinh thần chịu khó, học hỏi, tỉ mỉ, linh hoạt, tinh thần trách nhiệm cao.

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills/ Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm.

• Preferred: Male candidates aged between 24 and 35/ Ưu tiên: Nam. Từ 24 – 35 tuổi.
