Kỹ Thuật Viên Chất Lượng Nhà Cung Cấp (Supplier Quality Technician)

Work Location: Our factory is based in VSIP 3, Binh Co Ward, Ho Chi Minh (formerly known as Hoi Nghia Ward, Tan Uyen - Binh Duong). Shuttle buses are provided from Ho Chi Minh, Bien Hoa & Binh Duong

Trách nhiệm công việc / Job Responsibilities

• Thực hiện kiểm tra chất lượng vật tư đầu vào (hộp carton, sách hướng dẫn, giấy cuộn, hạt nhựa, …).
  Perform incoming quality inspections of materials (e.g., carton boxes, instruction manuals, paper rolls, plastic resin, etc.).

• Hỗ trợ bộ phận sản xuất bằng cách thực hiện các hành động ngăn chặn tạm thời khi phát sinh lỗi vật tư trên chuyền.
  Support the production team by implementing temporary containment actions when material defects are identified on the production line.

• Cách ly các vật tư đáng ngờ và đưa ra phương án xử lý theo quy trình quản lý các vật liệu không phù hợp.
  Quarantine suspected nonconforming materials and process them in accordance with the nonconforming material control procedure.

• Ghi nhận các khiếu nại nhà cung cấp trên hệ thống quản lý sự không phù hợp.
  Record supplier complaints in the nonconformance management system.

• Chủ động giải quyết khiếu nại nhà cung cấp, đi kèm hành động khắc phục và phòng ngừa.
  Proactively follow up on supplier complaints and ensure appropriate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented.

• Hỗ trợ kỹ sư chất lượng tham gia vào các dự án thử nghiệm vật tư mới.
  Support Quality Engineers in new material qualification and trial projects.

• Hỗ trợ đánh giá tuân thủ bảo mật của nhà cung cấp (supplier confidentiality) nếu được yêu cầu.
  Assist in supplier confidentiality compliance assessments when required.

• Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác do cấp quản lý giao.
  Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Yêu cầu công việc / Job Requirements

• Làm việc theo ca 12 tiếng.
  Able to work 12-hour shifts.
• Có tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Chất lượng.
  At least 1 year of experience in Quality.
• Thành thạo các tiêu chuẩn chất lượng và đánh giá / phân loại lỗi.
  Proficient in quality standards and defect evaluation/classification.
• Có thị lực tốt, không bị mù màu.
  Good vision with no color blindness.
• Có kỹ năng phân tích, giao tiếp, giải quyết vấn đề và ra quyết định.
  Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Có tinh thần làm việc nhóm, cẩn trọng, kỷ luật và điềm tĩnh.
  A team player with attention to detail, discipline, and a calm, professional attitude.
• Kỹ năng tin học văn phòng tốt.
  Good Microsoft Office skills.
• Kỹ năng tiếng Anh cơ bản (đọc / viết).
  Basic English reading and writing skills.
• Có kinh nghiệm tiếp xúc với các sản phẩm bao bì / vật liệu là lợi thế.
  Experience working with packaging products or materials is an advantage.
• Có kinh nghiệm áp dụng các công cụ chất lượng là lợi thế.
  Experience using quality tools is an advantage.
• Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng hệ thống SAP là lợi thế.
  Experience using SAP is an advantage.
• Đã từng làm việc trong các môi trường chuyên nghiệp là lợi thế.
  Experience working in a professional environment is an advantage.
