Job Description

Optimizing and writing the programs of Siemens devices, focus packaging lines.
Improving and upgrading the automation equipment of packaging lines to reduce the labor time and to enhance the productivity of the lines.
Preparing the planned maintenance of electrical equipment of packaging lines to maintain and to avoid the breakdowns.
Doing the annual budget for electrical equipment’s to replace the old or damage ones or to upgrade the new equipment with the purpose of being continuous for production.
Participating in the in-house or new projects such as writing the new automation programs for new products/ packaging lines and other duties when required.
Trouble-shooting occurrences relating to the programs and the electrical equipment and/ or training operators to self-repair for small occurrences to avoid the interruption of the production.
work and plan for instrument equipment.
Monthly reporting to E&A Team Leader the in-house projects to update him the status.
Planning spare part stock for safety and saving cost.
Communicate with Planning for arranging maintenance plan.

University graduate in Automation-Electricity.
Knowledge of office network, industrial network, PLCs…
At least 1-year experience in working with PLCs/ DSC/ SCADA (WinCC, Brewmaxx,..,) control system.
Good analytical thinking, problem-solving skills.
Being able to communicate in English (specially technical jargons).
Willing to work on shift, hardworking attitude.
Be able to design and update the drawings in field of electrical and automation.
Team working and communication skill.
Get assignment from Manager and willing and proactive in working.
Learning Agility and Be able to work independently.
Knowledge about instruments
Ability in programing the PLC/HMI for line control and process control
Execute the maintenance plan for electrical equipment and machines
Support and solve the trouble-shooting occurrence relating to the electrical equipment and programs
