      Job Description

      • Perfom of the quality policy & Laboratory standard
      • Ensure of the compliance follow the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard
      • Update, distribution of document, storage document in Central Lab Share Point. Monitor non-conformity work and report the progress activities.
      • Updating of plan as ensuring validity of result, training, risk & opportunity or other work for quality of labaoratory
      • Take on the role of Quality Secretary according to procedure FA/QA-CL/SP/05 – Internal Audit Procedure
      • Receipt of sample: have responsible to receive samples, coding sample incase receiver absent, or can’t receive sample
      • Testing sample: have responsible to testing sample follow the job hand over by supervisor (Heavy metal testing AOAC 2015.01, SMEWW 3125, allergen testing, moisture testing, pesticide residues testing
      • Keep original records to ensure integrity, avoid modification
      • Disposal sample: support to disposal sample as the schedule follow record & guideline procedure
      • Check all of equipment before use to ensure the accuracy, presision follow the requirement of each equipment as analytical balance, micro pipet, glass ware
      • PM of equipment follow the schedule
      • Inventory of chemical, tools, proposal to order follow the schedule to supervisor
      • Receipt, coding & storage
      • Disposal of chemical out of expire date, transfer of waste hazard chemical to hazard waste are of the company
      • Report to supervisor about the testing, equipment, other & hazard(if yes) affect to the laboratory
      • Giving/hand over of the test report to the customer
      • Monitoring cleaning & guide to cleaner to cleaning the Lab
      • Clean of the tools, equipment

      Job Requirement

      • Graduate in Chemistry major
      • Education degree: University graduate
      • Can perform minor troubleshooting, working under pressure 
      • Good at Excel, Word, etc
      • Fair communication in English (Writing & Speaking)
      • Fast learner
      • More than 2 years experience in Chemistry field, proficiency in using ICP and GC/MS/MS equipment for food analysis.
