Lab Specialist (Bakery & Flour Mill)

A leading trading company in the Bakery & Flour Mill industry is looking for a Lab Specialist to join our team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct laboratory tests on bakery and flour mill products.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards.
• Analyze raw materials and finished products to maintain consistency.
• Collaborate with R&D and production teams for product improvement.
• Maintain accurate lab records and reports.
• other tasks will be discussed in the meeting

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Experience in bakery, flour milling, or food laboratory testing is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills in English.
