Lab Technician (Team Leader)

Manage activities in lab test rooms, control operators, tool test status, and test results.

- Manage and assign tasks for 20-40 operators.

- Train and audit operator about test skill.

- Record tool test issue and make test report.

- Control material in shift - Risk assessment in test area.

• Education: College in Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 02 years experience for Manufacturing company (leader position)
• Knowledge: Can use measurement equipment (caliper, oscilloscope, dial indicator, force gauge, digital torque) -  Knowledge on power tool
• Specialized Skills: Employee management - Office computing skill  - Communication skill -  Problem solving skill
• Other Skill: Basic English (reading, writing)
