Lab Technician_Softline_TIC Lab - Tan Phu, HCM

The laboratory technician will prepare and/or analyze all the environmental samples following quality system, using specific operational procedures, in the respect of TAT (time of analyses) and the privacy for customers.

General duties:

• Testing, monitoring and urge product testing process to ensure the testing is done exactly as requested 

• Check and monitor of all instrument in Softlines lab 

• Ensures the laboratory delivers results as scheduled and as agreed with the client. 

• Responsible for PT, internal and external correlation testing requirements. 

• Develops and validates test methods, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other operating, safety and quality documents as needed. 

• Update on new standards, new testing methods and new demands from customers 

• Provides technical support to Marketing, Sales, Customer Service and clients regarding testing, reporting or technical inquiries. 

• Assists in keeping inventory of laboratory consumable and equipment necessary for the day to day functioning of the laboratory and in compiling list of supplies to be ordered when needed.

Experiences: At least 1 year experience in testing Softline lab as Physical, Colorfastness, Dimensional, Flammability, Fiber content, Footwear. Fresh graduate is acceptable.

Education Background, Major:   

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Textile Engineering or any related degree

• Familiar with ISO 17025 requirements

Foreign Languages Skills:   

English Communication with B level or equivalent
