Job Description

Review and understand building construction drawings, ensuring alignment with floor plan layouts and furniture placement.
Collaborate with design teams to accurately place furniture within room layouts, optimizing space usage and aesthetic appeal, checking space circulation.
Read and interpret specifications from hotel and apartment projects, ensuring all furniture elements comply with project requirements.
Ability to read and interpret furniture blueprints, schematics, and floor plans.

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training in carpentry, engineering, or a related field preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD 2D & 3D
Strong understanding of building construction drawings, including the ability to review and check floor plan layouts
Must be fluent in English
Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Communication and teamwork abilities.
