Job Description

• This position is mainly in charge for activities with external customers

• Propose, plan the marketing strategies thorough year for all business unites

• Be in charge of monitoring, executing and reporting the plan efficiently and on time

I.Training/Event Organizing:

• Make training plan for customers of each BU-Retail business (RAC, EM, REF)

• Conduct training courses based on plans and requirements from relevant teams (come up with ideas, plans, scripts, check-lists of work and carry out events)

• Perform as a trainer to motivate and effectively deliver the content to participants in coordination with Service/Technical Teams.

• Design/Update training materials when there is any changes in products and competitors’ movement

• Evaluate the training efficiency, accurately identify weaknesses and propose next-step improvements (after event report)

• In charge of online training if necessary

II. In-store, POSM, product sample, display product monitoring:

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across design idea and production plan to ensure alignment and execution regarding in-store (signboard, display corner, truck poster, POSM (catalogue, POP, etc,..)

• Directly implement the marketing items to customer’s sites to cooperate with Sales team and Procurement Team

• Monitor all products sample and display products (In office and warehouse)

• Closely monitor the deployment in compliance with the approved budget. Write and update the report regarding the execution to have an overview on the progress and make adjustment if any to optimize the budget usage.

III. Field force management:

• Cooperate with vendor and Sales team to manage and analyze field force team and brand performance based on monthly multiple quantitative and qualitative KPI. Provide conclusive reports and recommendations

• Propose, plan the field force scheme and monitor budget

IV. Other Marketing Activities:

• Working with vendor and CC team for Facebook, Tik Tok and other media execution

• Contribute in any CSR activities if any to promote and enhance BU’s product awareness

• Other activities assigned by managers

Job Requirement

• Graduated Colleges/University (Major in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred)

• At least 05 years working experience in similar position at the companies in related industry

• Fluent in English

• Excellent at Public speaking, Stage presentation and MC Skill

• Working well under pressure, independently. Willing to travel often

• Good communication and negotiation skills. Hard-working, dynamic and high sense of responsibilities

• Good computer skills (word, excel, power point), internet, email
