- Assess current factory operations and develop a Lean roadmap.
- Implement Lean fundamentals: 5S, Standard work, Kaizen, VSM, visual management.
- Lead improvement projects on productivity, OEE, lead time, layout, and waste reduction.
- Apply Lean and problem-solving tools: PDCA, A3, Kanban (when applicable).
- Train and coach engineers, supervisors, and shopfloor teams on Lean.
- Track, measure, and report improvement results.
- Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing & CI principles.
- Practical experience with Lean tools: 5S, Kaizen, Standard Work, VSM, OEE, PDCA/A3.
- Ability to lead improvement projects and work effectively on the shopfloor.
- Good analytical, communication, and MS Office skills.
Qualification
- Preferred Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or equivalent certification.
- Experience in automotive/ bearing/ mechanical manufacturing is a plus
- Experience in training or coaching shopfloor teams.
- English reading and technical communication skills.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing or related).
- 3–5 years of experience in Lean/ Continuous Improvement/ Industrial Engineering.
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing environments; experience building Lean from early stage is a plus.
