1. Training Coordination & Program Support (50%)
Training Needs Coordination: Collect and consolidate training needs from departments using provided frameworks and templates.
Program Execution: Organize and execute training programs (online/offline), including scheduling, logistics, and participant coordination.
Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with HRBPs and internal teams to ensure training plans are executed smoothly and on schedule.
Training Tracking: Maintain accurate training records, including participant lists, attendance, and completion status.
2. Training Facilitation & Learning Design (50%)
Training Facilitation: Facilitate internal training sessions such as workshops, webinars etc.
Training Content Design: Design and develop training materials, including outlines, slides, handouts, activities, case studies, and facilitator guides.
Learning Effectiveness Evaluation: Collect feedback and assess training outcomes by Kirk Patrick model.
Project: Partake in training-related projects (if any).
- Experience: 2 – 3+ years in L&D or Instructional Design.
- Good understanding of training coordination, training delivery and learning material development.
- Able to facilitate internal training sessions such as webinars, workshop etc.
- Able to design and develop training materials, including outlines, slides, handouts, activities, case studies, and facilitator guides.
- Good communication, facilitation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
