Learning Experience Officer (Quản Lý Lớp Học) - Quận 2, Bình Dương

1. TA Supervision tasks:
Supervise TA on weekends to ensure TAs come to work on time
Scheduling TAs’ schedule and checking their timesheet exactly.
Work with Academic Coordinator and EC Supervisor to get teachers’ feedback about TAs and solve them.
TA training: work with Academic Coordinator and EFL Supervisor to conduct TA training to make sure we deliver the best service..

2. Scheduling Tasks
Synthesize the detailed schedule to make a general schedule
Allocate teaching hours in order of priority
Record/update all daily changes of classes/teacher’s situation and update Educational Consultants with solutions
Prepare teacher’s monthly timesheet and other reports as required

3. Administration Tasks
Giving general support to teachers and other staff in resource room:
Stationeries and other materials are enough for teachers uses
Manage security guards and tea-ladies

• Vietnamese nationality
• Proactive, result-given, organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Computer literacy - MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Good communication both in Vietnamese and English
• Have a university or college degree
• No experience required
• Working hours: 42 hours/week (9h - 18h, 13h30 - 21h30)
