Leasing Supervisor/ Manager (Real Estate)

Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for Leasing Supervisor/ Manager (Real Estate, $3000, ID19626):
1. Asset Operation Strategy

• Develop and implement operational strategies for diverse real estate assets (offices, apartments, retail spaces).

• Manage leasing strategies to minimize vacancy rates and maximize asset returns.

• Establish, monitor, and analyze both short-term and long-term KPIs.

2. Leasing & Tenant Management

• Oversee lease contracts, renewals, and terminations.

• Attract, onboard, and support tenants throughout the move-in process.

• Manage rent collection and address delinquency issues.

• Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and drive initiatives to enhance tenant satisfaction.

3. Facility Operations & Maintenance

• Plan and supervise routine inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.

• Manage and evaluate outsourced service providers (security, cleaning, maintenance, etc.).

• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and environmental regulations.

4. Budgeting & Cost Management

• Prepare and manage annual and quarterly operating budgets.

• Analyze operating expenses and optimize costs related to maintenance, service contracts, and repairs.

5. Reporting & Communication

• Prepare and present operational reports to senior management and head office.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in leasing, asset management, or property operations.

• Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and leasing practices.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize operational costs.

• Leadership experience with the ability to supervise teams and vendors.
