Working time: Morning from 8:30 – 12:00, Afternoon from 13:00 – 17:30

Job Description:

Lead the legal and administrative team for following tasks:

• Administrative support related to business registration documents, investment registration and consulting on licenses related to the operation of the enterprise
• Collect documents, research and preliminary assessment of basic legal risks and other operating management issue for actual cases of clients.
• Consulting on regulations and policies related to management of enterprise, investment, construction, factories, etc.
• Drafting documents, contracts, quotations for the Company
• Drafting documents to clients and other relevant state agencies;
• Contact customers and administrative agencies to handle work
• Support the implementation of administrative tasks (20% of working time) and personnel work (80% of working time);
• Perform other jobs suitable to the legal capacity and expertise as assigned by the General Director and Head of the professional division

Requirement

• Age: 28 years old and above
• Graduated from the University of Law
• Honesty, prudence, loyalty, responsibility
• Good professional ethics and creative mind at work
• Highly committed and able to work long-term
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Good communication Proficiency in English
