Legal & Compliance Executive (Compliance-focused)

Responsibilities

Compliance Functions (80%):

• Prepare and manage documentation for BOD, GMS, and Controllers Board meetings, including invitations, notifications, ballot papers, meeting minutes, and resolutions.
• Draft, review, and update internal policies and compliance-related documents.
• Support the Data Protection Officer (DPO) on data protection and privacy matters.
• Coordinate and deliver compliance training for employees.
• Conduct compliance monitoring to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other compliance-related tasks as required based on business needs.

Legal Functions (20%):

• Review and draft de minimis contracts and legal documents.
• Provide basic legal support to internal teams when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field (e.g., Finance, Business Administration, Accounting).
• University of Law (ULAW) graduates are preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance, legal, internal audit, or risk management.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of legal awareness, professional ethics, and integrity.
• Proficient in English is required
