Job Description

Ensure that the Company and its Departments/individuals comply with legal regulations and internal policies.
Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in line with applicable laws and internal regulations of Masan Consumer Holdings (MCH).
Ensure all Company/Department operations comply with legal requirements and internal rules, with a focus on operations and product quality.
Plan and conduct periodic and ad-hoc internal compliance assessments.
Identify issues, potential violations, and propose corrective measures.
Organize training sessions and awareness programs for employees at all levels.
Ensure employees fully understand and correctly implement compliance requirements.
Provide advice and support to departments on compliance-related matters.
Address inquiries and resolve issues raised by departments regarding compliance.
Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports for the Head of Legal & Compliance on the Company’s compliance status.
Establish a transparent reporting system to identify compliance risks early.
Maintain positive relationships with regulatory authorities.
Keep the Company updated on regulatory changes and ensure compliance during inspections.

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Compliance, Legal Counseling, Risk Management, or Internal Control; FMCG or multinational experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of Corporate, Commercial, Labor, and Consumer Goods regulations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills.
Strong communication, training, and presentation abilities.
Proven leadership skills with the capacity to influence and drive a compliance culture.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across departments.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
