Legal Executive

The project legal executive will be responsible for providing internal legal counsel to ensure corporate activities comply with legal regulations; safeguarding the Company's legal rights and interests; and identifying and managing legal risks

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee legal matters for internal and external activities and business registration procedures; draft and review contracts, policies, internal regulations, and corporate documents.
• Participating in legal consultancy for new investment projects: licensing, investment policy approval, capital contribution, transfer, and relevant procedures. 
• Participating in the handling of complaints, lawsuits, and dispute resolution; preparing. legal files related to litigation at courts or competent state agencies.
• Overseeing foreign labor management procedures: applying for work permits, temporary residence cards, visa extensions, and other administrative formalities.
• Updating changes in State legal policies and risk factors; recommending operational adjustments to align with legal requirements

•  Bachelor's degree in Law; a Lawyer Practice Certificate is preferred ​​​
• 3-5 years of experience as a Corporate Legal Specialist in corporate legal advisory.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, or equivalent software.
• Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and highly responsive.
• Preference for candidates with experience in infrastructure or industrial projects.
• Strong English communication skills are an advantage​​​​​​​
