- Organize and oversee all legal affairs of the Company across two key functions: Internal Control and Legal Business Partner.
- Develop, implement, and monitor the Company’s compliance control system for legal requirements and internal regulations.
- Review and assess the legality and compliance of internal processes, regulations, and policies.
- Evaluate, draft, and manage contracts and major transactions.
- Provide legal advice, critical analysis, and ongoing support to the Executive Board and business units in their operations and projects.
- Identify, flag, and mitigate potential legal risks.
- Lead or coordinate the handling of disputes, complaints, and legal cases.
- Serve as the primary liaison with government authorities, external counsel, and legal service providers.
- Manage, assign, and develop the legal team and legal staff across units.
- Organize compliance training and legal updates for departments.
- Prepare periodic reports on legal status and risks for the Leadership Board.
a. Education – Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in corporate legal affairs or legal practice; preference for candidates holding a lawyer’s license.
- At least 3–5 years of management experience.
- Preferably experienced in manufacturing, investment, labor, contracts, import-export.
b. Professional Competence
- In-depth knowledge of corporate, labor, investment, commercial, and manufacturing laws.
- Ability to build compliance control systems.
- Strong skills in risk-based thinking, legal analysis, and problem-solving.
c. Management & Business Partner Competence
- Leadership, delegation, supervision, and team coaching skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the Executive Board.
