1. Investment Application – to conduct all kinds of investment application tasks on an as-needed basis, including application dossier drafting, internal and external communication, preparing presentations to gov, officers, regulation and practical experiences clarifications, etc.
2. Legal Consulting – to deal with consulting cases with respect to business operations commissioned by other departments (legal research, case analysis, and legal opinion drafting).
3. Contract reviewing – to draft and review varieties of business contracts and legal documents, more than 70% are in English.
4. Litigation – Appeared in the court on behalf of the company or to assist in dispute settlement to protect the rights and interests of the company.

- Obtained lawyer license – a requisite condition.
- More than 3 years of working experience.
- Proficiency in English, and Mandarin will be a plus.
- Foreign-invested company work experience.
- Experience in handling investment cases and communicating with government officers.
- Experience in in-house legal works.
