Job Description

Conduct legal reseach to support all regulation and laws related.
Reviewing all internal policies and regulations
Reviewing all contracts, agreements.
Reviewing all official letters before GD signing.
Collaborate with internal departments to provide legal guidance.
Represent the company in legal matters is required.
Other assignments

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s degree graduate with major in Law.
Basic knowledge of corporate law, labor law, and contract review.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Eager to learn and develop in the legal field.
